What forms of payment do you accept for online orders?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Afterpay and Laybuy.

Where do you ship and how much do they cost?

Our courier companies have advised us due to adverse weather conditions in the South Island, there may be a delay with your delivery.

We ship to addresses in New Zealand and Australia.

We offer the following flat shipping rates (for orders up to $250):

New Zealand

  • FREE for orders between $89 to $250

  • $5 to most addresses in the Wellington region;

  • $7.90 to rest of New Zealand;


  • FREE for orders between $169 to $250;

  • $10 for Subscription Boxes and Book Clubs - International Air (Tracked);

  • $20 for International Air (Tracked)

For orders above $250, please email for assistance.

We aim to dispatch within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will send you the tracking number (if applicable) as soon as we have processed your rder. Please email if you still have not received your order:

  • within 5 business day after we dispatch, for NZ delivery addresses.

  • within 15 business day after we dispatch, for Australian delivery addresses

What are your cancellation & returns policy?

Products purchased online may be returned within 14 days of receipt and must be in the condition in which they were received for a full refund to be given. Refunds/credits will not be issued on any pre-packaged products that are returned opened, unless they are found to be damaged or defective on receipt. You will need to pay for the cost of shipping for returning the products, unless they are damaged or defective. If you received any damaged or defective products, please email with your name, order number and photos of the item(s) in question.

When you return the products, please include the original packing slip and reasons for the return, and email with your return tracking number, any relevant product exchange information or your request for a refund.

How do you decide if a product is damaged or defective?

If you have received a damaged or defective item, please within 14 days of receipt and include your name, order number and pictures of the damaged items. We advise on how you can get the replacement if the item is damaged.

Damaged items are defined as:

  • A book / non-book product that arrives ‘crushed’

  • A book that arrives with a completely torn or wrinkled book jacket

  • A book / non-book product that has an obvious flaw, such as an incorrect page within a book, an upside-down page, a CD that will not play

Non-Damaged products are defined as:

  • A curve in a paperback book

  • A slight indent in a book or book jacket

  • A tear in a book jacket of less than 4mm

  • A tear in a book page of less than 2mm

  • A smudge on a book cover or book jacket that can be wiped off

  • A slightly worn book corner or book jacket

  • An indentation of a CD in the cover of a paperback book

  • A tear, pucker or crease in the packaging of a CD or other shrink-wrapped product

What are the benefits of registering for an online account?

By registering for an online account, you'll be able to view your order history and we’ll remember your contact details, making checkout quick and easy! Also, you can stay up-to-date on our latest releases, community news and special offers to make sure you won't miss new products or deals.

How do I register? Simply enter your email and a password to set up your account.

What if I forget my password? Send an email to and we will send you an email with instructions to reset your password.

Can I combine discount/book voucher codes or use them for subscriptions?

Unfortunately, our system is currently unable to support multiple discount/book voucher codes. Therefore, you can only use one discount or book voucher code can be used for each purchase for now. We are continually looking to upgrade our system so please check back again soon.

Unless otherwise stated, the book voucher and discount codes are not valid to be used for subscriptions.

How do I get to the online access to the videos and audios?

Easy! There should be an online access code on the book. If you are unable to find the code and you had ordered the books from us, email and we will send you the details of how you can access these resources. You will be able to access the videos and audiobooks on the go via our App. You can download the App at We will send you an email for the free subscription.
